Product Descriptions

A hem strap for comfortable bicycle riding with wide pants. It prevents the hem of your pants from getting dirty or entangled in the bicycle chain. Simply stretch it out and place it lightly around your ankle to instantly wrap it around and fit it to your ankle. When not wearing it on your pants, wrap it around a bag or frame to ensure safety.

About Returns

We generally do not accept cancellations or returns due to customer's personal reasons. Please choose carefully when ordering. About Product Exchanges

 

Exchanges due to the customer's choice of size or color are possible after product arrival. If the replacement item is in stock, we will exchange the product upon receiving payment for the round-trip shipping costs. This is applicable only to unused products (including packaging and accessories). If the desired product is out of stock, we can discuss alternatives.

 

About Cancellations

As a general rule, cancellations after ordering are not possible but can be made by paying 20% of the order amount. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Additional labor costs may apply if work has already been started. Note: Sales items, used items, outlet items, and custom-made products cannot be canceled.
