Product Descriptions

The winter version of the classic multi-purpose model, The Original® Glove, is the ColdWork Original® Glove. Featuring 3M™ Thinsulate™ C40 insulation, it traps warm air to keep your hands warm.

*Note: In the latest model, the wrist badge is gray, as shown in the second and subsequent images.*

The back of the hand uses a softshell material that is waterproof and windproof. The lining, which directly touches the hand, is made of warm brushed tricot material. From the fingertips to the palm, synthetic leather is used to provide a perfect combination of dexterity and durability. These gloves are touchscreen compatible and machine washable, making them perfect for both work and cold weather riding.

About Returns

We generally do not accept cancellations or returns due to customer's personal reasons. Please choose carefully when ordering. For defective products, returns or exchanges are possible if contacted within a week of product arrival. Please inspect the product immediately upon receipt. For defects, we typically offer product replacement or restoration. After the specified period, we cannot offer support. Return shipping costs for defective items will be covered by us. Please note that minor scratches from manufacturing, inspection, or during shipping, and slight wetness from rain are not covered.

 

About Product Exchanges

 

Exchanges due to the customer's choice of size or color are possible after product arrival. If the replacement item is in stock, we will exchange the product upon receiving payment for the round-trip shipping costs. This is applicable only to unused products (including packaging and accessories). If the desired product is out of stock, we can discuss alternatives.

 

About Cancellations

As a general rule, cancellations after ordering are not possible but can be made by paying 20% of the order amount. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Additional labor costs may apply if work has already been started. Note: Sales items, used items, outlet items, and custom-made products cannot be canceled.
