This rim pursues the ultimate toughness demanded by every heavy-duty rider.

The inspiration behind the creation of PLUMP lies in the recent surge of the "wide rim trend." Fatter tires are becoming increasingly popular among for fixed-gear bikes, and today's cyclists are no longer limited to city streets; more and more are embracing adventure styles like gravel and tracklocross.

While the WIVER rim focuses on “speed and lightness,” the PLUMP was born from our desire to create a rim that accommodates wider tires, delivers greater toughness, and resists damage far more effectively.

*Tires are not included.

As the name "PLUMP" suggests, we carefully calculated the silhouette with wide tires in mind, pursuing a shape that enhances the overall aesthetic cohesion of the setup.

So, how does PLUMP differ from other rims?

A key feature of its design is the adoption of a Box-Section structure.

The wide box construction suppresses lateral flex, resulting in a "tough rim" that resists the side loads encountered during landings, and sharp turns on rough, obstacle-ridden roads, skids in the city. We intentionally sacrificed some weight and aerodynamic efficiency to focus purely on durability.

From tricks and cyclocross to light dirt trails, PLUMP's appeal lies in its "manageable strength"—designed for riders who want the freedom to fully enjoy the street.

Sandblast Finish for Durability

The classic black color features a Sandblast Finish.
To achieve a subtly rugged texture and enhance durability, we applied sandblasting—a surface treatment technique in which abrasives are propelled at high speed.

Creating microscopic irregularities on the surface improves the adhesion of the anodized coating and offers several advantages, such as removing rust and dirt, paint stripping, base coat preparation, and reduced frictional resistance. This technique is widely used across many industrial applications, and our choice adapt it further reinforces the message: "PLUMP is built for durability."

About Returns

We generally do not accept cancellations or returns due to customer's personal reasons. Please choose carefully when ordering. For defective products, returns or exchanges are possible if contacted within a week of product arrival. Please inspect the product immediately upon receipt. For defects, we typically offer product replacement or restoration. After the specified period, we cannot offer support. Return shipping costs for defective items will be covered by us. Please note that minor scratches from manufacturing, inspection, or during shipping, and slight wetness from rain are not covered.

 

About Product Exchanges

 

Exchanges due to the customer's choice of size or color are possible after product arrival. If the replacement item is in stock, we will exchange the product upon receiving payment for the round-trip shipping costs. This is applicable only to unused products (including packaging and accessories). If the desired product is out of stock, we can discuss alternatives.

 

About Cancellations

As a general rule, cancellations after ordering are not possible but can be made by paying 20% of the order amount. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Additional labor costs may apply if work has already been started. Note: Sales items, used items, outlet items, and custom-made products cannot be canceled.
