Knog SCOUT

Introducing SCOUT, a groundbreaking bike security system equipped with both alarm and tracking functions. When movement is detected on a bike equipped with SCOUT, it triggers an alarm of up to 80dB and simultaneously sends a warning notification to the owner's iPhone. In case of theft and abandonment, SCOUT integrates with the Apple "Find My" app to pinpoint the bike's location. To make the presence of SCOUT known, you can attach the included neon yellow silicone cover. Alternatively, for a more discreet installation, you can mount it without the cover. Its slim and compact design allows for easy attachment beneath the bottle cage using bolts.

Alarm activation and deactivation can be done either from the button on the device's side within proximity (within 1.5m) or via the knog app within Bluetooth range. With a single charge, SCOUT can operate for up to approximately 6 months, requiring charging only about twice a year. Charging can be done using a USB-C cable through the charging port without removing it from the bike. Additionally, the mounting bolts are specially designed (and come with a dedicated tool), ensuring easy installation and minimizing the risk of unauthorized removal.

The status of the alarm activation is visually indicated by the dual-function LED, which also displays the battery's charge level. SCOUT boasts an IP66 waterproof rating, making it suitable for use and storage in rainy conditions or even jet washing. Please note: SCOUT is not compatible with Android devices. Installation of the knog app (iOS only) is mandatory for use. The knog app requires iOS firmware version 15.0 or later. Pairing must be done through the Knog app; pairing via device settings may cause malfunctions.
